The move - Day One
No pictures taken due to a very stressfull day. Drove from the midlands down to Tunbridge wells... picked up the van and drove to the Channel Tunnel. Arrived an hour or so late, but was automaticly swaped over to the next train with no extra cost:) Hit France and drove for a long time. Stoped for food at a Pizza Hut and asked what contry we was in... Was then in the Flemish part of Belgium. We are still unsure where we slept over the first night, since we just pulled in at a service station and went to sleep in the back of the van on the air matrass from hell... But we think we had crossed over to Germany by the time we went to bed :)
Day two
A few pictures from this day. We woke up fairly early, but Chris had a slightly upset belly. I had to start driving that day... the first time for me in an right handside VAN, on the Autobahn... was a bit scary, but I coped:) Chris woke up at some point during the day and took over the driving around 5-6 pm. We drove all the way up to south Sweden. Stoped then at a nice rest area... we were all alone in the middle of nowhere, but we were so tired...it was past midnight, and we HAD to stop. We survived that too:) Was a bit dissapointed about the Autobahn though... everyone said before we left that it was the fastest motorway in Europe... I don't agree... spent half the day in a massive que!

No pictures aken on day three either... Why you might ask... Well, we drove from south Sweden to North Sweden... not much to photograph really. we did also have a VERY intence day of driving. Ended up at a rest stop (dark carpark) just north of Lycksele. The Sat Nav did a little trick on us... Told us it was a nice rest area just outside Lycksele. When we got there it was nothing but a dark wood, so we had to drive a bit closer to the town before we decided to go to sleep. Was an ICE cold night, but we survived.
